Hi Ann The pool and spa facilities are in the nearby Holyrood Macdonald Hotel, a few minutes walk away from the apartment. There is a juliet balcony but its not big enough to sit out. Kind regards Karin

Hi Helen The parking is a private space next to the paliament. It's a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It has to be booked in advance.The fee is £15 per day. Kind regards Karin

Perfect location on the Mile
Perfect location on the Royal Mile. Walked up every morning for a variety of breakfast locations, and again for dinner. Apartment was cosy but comfortable. Loved a variety of beauty and kitchen products to use. Had everything we needed and more.

What would you highlight about The Queens View
Very Good
The apartment is perfectly situated overlooking the less bustling part of the Royal Mile. The apartment itself was great for a couple.
The property itself was great. The hosts were not responsive. I had inquired about luggage storage well in advance of our stay - 1-2 weeks prior. No response. I inquired again 2 days prior. No response. When I did get a response, we were already on our tour and I had paid to store it through Stasher. I had to request that the hosts send check-in instructions. These did not include the location of the apartment so we wondered around looking for the entrance for a bit. Easy solution - it’s right next to Clarinda’s Tea Room!! In addition, there was no ‘welcome’ folder when we arrived. We found the wifi password on the bottom of the router. No check out instructions. No instructions for the laundry machine (one wash load took over 2 hours!). No follow up on check out inquiring about our stay. Overall, the apartment was nice. However, having stayed at many Airbnb’s and other apartment rentals, the hosts could definitely improve their communication and add some small things to make their guests feel welcome.

Cute, comfy, clean, location great!
Great locale, clean, cute, comfy... Everything we needed.
Needs lighter blanket for summer, please. Needs to have a bit more instruction on location, as Google maps was wrong...it's above Clarindas tea shop, btw. The internet password was hard to find.

What would you highlight about The Queens View
Wonderful
Location is great. Well equipped kitchen.
To optimize the small bedroom, we wanted to unpack into the dresser drawers. However all but one we're filled with host's supplies. Bathroom is a tight squeeze for moderately plus-size visitor.
